Our fine Italian cuisine is made with the freshest ingredients and excellent quality produce. Our freshly homemade pasta, ravioli, spaghetti, liguine and tortelloni can be served in a variety of styles and our spaghetti lobster is already a favourite amongst our regulars.
The menu offer a large range of Italian dishes from traditional to modern and occasional hints of fusion cuisine. The fresh fish of the day is purchased from local markets and changes daily depending on season.
Nicola La Verghetta has work alongside some of the most influential people in the restaurant business. A key figure was Michael Chow of Mr Chow Knightsbridge, the inspiration behind the concept of "Dining Out" which swept across London.
In July 1990, Nicola opened his first restaurant in a quintessential Oxfordshire town. They quickly became a familiar name and attract clients and regular diners from as far as London to experience the very best of Italian hospitality and dining along with an injection of Nicola's personal style.
